Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Tessuto comfort online store. It is our prime responsibility to deliver your order accordingly, in good condition, within time, and as mentioned on our online store/website.  We always check our product before delivering it to our valuable customers. All items go through strict Quality Control before packing & dispatching. To our customers we still give them offer to return the goods ordered but few must apply which are mentioned below in detail.

which product you can be returned?          

When you receive the product and You do not like the product, but the product is not defective. In this case, you will return the product and the customer must bear all the cost to send us back to us through courier service.

If the customer found the product defective or damaged, our customer will send us back the product and we will bear all costs of courier. The customer must also send the picture of the damaged or defective product to our WhatsApp number.

If the product is damaged or defective and used by the customer in any manner the product shall not be returned.

Exchange Policy:

We give our customer product exchange offer as per the following conditions:

  1.  If the customer needs to exchange the product, he/she bought from our website may exchange within 7 days after receiving the product.
  2.  The customer must bear the courier charges to send us back the product.
  3.  The customer buys in exchange for a product of different value the difference has to be paid by the customer.


The product cannot be exchanged:

  1. If the product is in unstitched form and gets shrinkage or stitched cannot be exchanged or returned.
  2. If the product is in stitched form and used by the customer in any manner.
  3.  If the time limit of 7 days has ended.


All products intended to be returned must be in the following conditions:

  1.  The product must remain unused.
  2. The product must in the original packing.
  3. The product must be returned within 7 days after receiving.
  4. The product must be in its original form.
  5. The labels of the product must be attached
  6. The customer must inform us why he/she is returning the product before sending us back.

All products received for returns will be checked for the above-mentioned return conditions. If a product does not comply with the above-mentioned details, it will be sent back to the customer’s address at their cost.

Who will bear the courier cost policy?

The website will be responsible to replace the damaged or defective product only and all courier charges will be paid by the website.

Notification of return:

For all the products to be returned, our customer must notify us with your intention of returning the product or exchanging the product within 07 days of delivery.

Our Customer support staff will provide you with the address to send us back the parcel.

Once the product is received, our staff will examine the product and then issue a refund or process a replacement order as per customer request.

Refund will be disbursed to the customer provided details within 80 hours after receiving the product. If the customer has ordered a replacement product, that will be considered a new order and all terms and conditions mentioned on the newly ordered product will be applied.

Note: After the proper examine the product If customer return is accepted, the customer is entitled to receive full cash, credit refund or equal exchange.
